Our cakes and desserts are completely customizable.  We aim to please our customers and exceed their expectations.  We provide an original and quality made product for our customers at a reasonable price.  We do not use molded preset shape baking pans to form our cakes.  We do not use printed images on our cakes.  Our cakes are not copies of cakes that are mass produced.  We make the design from scratch to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.  This approach benefits you by allowing us to design exactly what you want.  It helps our bakery by allowing us to size the decorations to fit your cake.  If you want half of a cake white chocolate and the other red velvet we can do that.  You pick the design, flavor, and filling you desire.  We will do the rest.

Artfully Delicious was established by Danna Riley in 2008.  The idea was born from Danna’s creative mind after making her cousin’s first birthday cake.  It was a Winnie the Pooh two tier ice cream cake.  As an artist, her passion was painting.  Her family encouraged her to develop her confectionery skills.  She signed up for classes at Michael’s in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  The classes helped her to gain a good understanding of the best ways to bake, store, and decorate cakes.  She realized her skills were transferable to cake decorating and has been making cakes and bringing smiles to people ever since.

Danna will be the first to admit that she has come a long way in her cake decorating adventure.  She has learned what works and what will not work.  She estimates that she has made over 1000 cakes to date.  She is a hard worker who was able to do this in addition to working a full-time job.  Danna moved to Batavia, Ohio in greater Cincinnati area in July 2015.  In November 2015, she retired from her employer of 21 years to follow her passion and focus all of her time to creating delicious cakes and desserts.  You will notice Danna’s attention to detail in her cakes and when you taste it, you will realize that her creations are just as delicious as they are aesthetically impressive.
